Bio: Mary, an attorney with Witherspoon-Kelly, joined the club in June 1999. Her husband is Art Harlow. Mary is a board member of the Spokane Public Library Foundation and a past member of the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure Board. She now serves on the Komen Eastern Washington Affiliate Public Policy Committee. Mary's interests include reading, hiking, her pets and music. She has a concern for the shrinking habitat for animals in the wild, as well as the environment.
Term of Office: Mary will serve as Past-President and President of the Exchange Club of Spokane Foundation until July 1, 2013.

Bio: Tom, who joined the Exchange Club in November 1988, is a Senior Account Executive with KXLY. He also teaches part time for the College of Business at Eastern Washington and Whitworth Universities. Tom and his wife, Mary, have two children at home, Emily and Andy. His interests include golf, snow skiing, boating and his family.
Term of Office: Tom will become Past-President and President of the Exchange Club of Spokane Foundation July 1, 2013.

Bio: Meri, who has been a member since December 1987, is a previous Board Member, Secretary from 1993-1994, followed by serving as President-Elect and President. She received the Bob Greene Outstanding Exchangite Award in 1997. Meri is a contract research/planning consultant and a sales agent for Tulikivi, a Finnish company that fabricates soapstone masonry fireplaces. She and her husband, Bill Bond, breed, raise and show registered Morgan horses on their 90-acre hay ranch at Newman Lake.
Term of Office: Meri was elected in 2009 as Secretary of the Club and the Exchange Club of Spokane Foundation.

Bio: Marc, a financial analyst with Spokane Industries, a medium-sized steel foundry, joined Exchange Club in March 2000. He and his wife, Delores, enjoy gardening and landscaping, staying at their lake place, reading and walking. He is a previous Exchange Club board member.
Term of Office: Marc has served as Club Treasurer since July 2006 and as Treasurer of the Foundation since November 2007.

Bio: Dave, who joined the club in 1988, is an agent with Farmer's Insurance. He and his wife, Linda, have two children and four grandchildren that keep their lives busy. Their interests include playing golf and traveling, in addition to spending time with their family.
Term of Office: Dave's term of office runs from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2013.

Bio: Fred, who joined the club in 2008, is the President and co-owner of Compass Construction, a contractor specialzing in disaster resotration and repair, as well as Serviceaster Fire and Water Restoration. He and his wife, Candy, have four children, who he dearly loves. Fred enjoys being at the lake to fish and boat and traveling to new lands.
Term of Office: His two year term as a Director runs from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2013.

Bio: Karen, who joined the Exchange Club in 2009, is Vice President/Branch Manager II with Inland Northwest Bank at the South Hill Branch. A widow, Karen has a grown son, Brent, who lives in Arizona, and five grandchildren. Her interests include playing golf and traveling.
Term of Office: Karen's two-year term as Director runs from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2013.

Bio: Jared, who has been a member since December 2008, is a comprehensive Financial Planner and Principal at Financial Management Inc, a Registered Investment Advisor specializing in retirement and long term care planning. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennifer Lawrence. Jared is active in the community, serving on the Board of Directors at Spokane Valley Partners; mentoring a ten year-old youth through Mentoring Children of Promise; supporting the International Assistance Program and Letta Micro-Finance; and as an Ambassador with Greater Spokane Incorporated. His other interests include biking, flying, baseball, playing golf and his two dogs.
Term of Office: His 2-year term as Director expires June 30, 2012.

Bio: Joel is Co-Owner of Huppin's Hi-Fi Photo & Video and is an attorney. He joined the club in June 2003. He and his wife, Chris, have two children. His interests include tennis, volunteering and his children's sports activities. Joel served as a Foundation Director from 2008-2010.
Term of Office: Joel's 2-year term as a Club Director expires June 30, 2012.

Bio: Dave, the Executive Director of the Spokane Humane Society, joined Exchange Club in June 2008. He and his wife, Mona, enjoy country living and animals. Dave is an avid motorcycle fan and also enjoys working on old cars.
Term of Office: Dave's 2-year term as a Director will expire June 30, 2012.

Bio: Neal, a retired Lutheran pastor, is currently serving as the interim pastor for Lutheran Church of the Master in Coeur d'Alene. Neal, who is married to Tiina, joined the club in April 2002. Neal, who has served as the Chair of the annual crab feed/auction for the past several years, was awarded the Bob Greene Exchangite of the Year award in 2009.
Term of Office: His term of office expires August 31, 2013.

Bio: Jerry, who has been a member since February 1985, is retired from Pension Consultants of the Northwest. He has served on the club's board of directors and as President. Jerry and his wife, Sue, enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren, traveling, tennis and being WSU sports fans. He is a member of the City of Spokane Retirement Board and the Spokane Estate Planning Council.
Term of Office: Jerry's at-large term expires August 31, 2012.

Bio: Eldon, a retired senior loan officer with United Health Services Credit Union, joined the club in December 1976. He was awarded the Bob Greene Exchangite of the Year award in 1996. Eldon has served as secretary, treasurer and board member many times. He was the President of the Foundation two years and chaired the crab feed committee for eight years in the late 70's and earlier 80's. Back then, the club was very active volunteering at city parks and schools, erecting goal posts, soccer goals and fencing for you athletics.
Term of Office: Eldon became President elect August 1, 2011. He becomes President August 1, 2012.
